SCOTTISH CAVALIER KING CHARLES CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW
17th OCTOBER 2015
Judge. Miss Deborah Kerr
I would like to thank both office barers and committee members of the Scottish cavalier club for their kind invitation to judge dogs at their championship show
in Lanark .
It was my first time awarding cc's and I was very much looked after and put at ease by the society and my able ring steward Liz Cochrane
I must thank the exhibitors for a very good entry bringing some super boys and their sporting acceptance in my decisions .
On the whole dogs were well groomed and well presented ,mouths were good with only one being slightly off .A few sloping croups were evident and noted and
placed accordingly I was seeking a well balanced short coupled boy possessing correct breed type ,I was very pleased with my main class winners ,who to me
fulfilled the breed standard .
My co judge on the day Rachel Surman was in complete agreement for the top awards which rounded off a lovely day .
